To our valued clients,
Like all other businesses, we too have been impacted by the shortage of workers.  We would like you to know that we are doing our best to accommodate all of our current patients and new patients as well.  We are seeing the maximum number of patients each day while maintaining the same quality of care.  Getting an appointment or even waiting to check in for your appointment may have been a little longer, but we are doing our best to get your pet seen in a timely manner.  Our staff are working tirelessly to help you and your pet.  We really appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.  Thank you for your continuous support!

After-hour Emergency Services:
Due to staffing shortage, we will continue to provide after-hour emergency care for our CURRENT clients only.

As our State and Local emergency mandates are coming to an end at the end of the day on 3/25/2022, please review our company's policy below.  We hope that you will continue to stay safe & healthy.  And also, continue to keep our employees safe so that we can accommodate your pet(s) needs.  If for any reason the governor or mayor makes any changes, we will act upon them.  Thank you!

PLEASE REFRAIN FROM COMING IN & RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT IF:
1. You are feeling sick.
2. You or anyone in your household tested positive for Covid-19 and/or are awaiting results.


​KAPAA ANIMAL CLINIC PROCEDURES:
1. We will monitor and limit the total amount of clients in the waiting area.
  • Call 808.822.9791 or text 808.219.0892 to check in to minimize the amount of people in the clinic.
    • ​Clients/Patients will be asked to wait outside until called into a room
  • MAXIMUM of 2 (two) adult will be allowed into the room with the pet(s).
    • ​Children allowed in rooms, but our exam rooms aren't big.
  • Accommodations will be made for certain cases.
2. Face mask HIGHLY ENCOURAGED especially in the exam rooms since you'd be close to vet & vet tech in a smaller area.
3. Hand Sanitize when entering the building.

4. Please continue to practice social distancing (if possible) when in the clinic.

Please remember if the staff comes down with COVID-19, we will not be able to assist your pets.  Please keep us safe & healthy here at Kapaa Animal Clinic so we can continue to take care of your pets.
