Saturday Schedule:
The following is our Saturday schedule thus far for the year. This is a TENTATIVE schedule and is subject to change. We will update dates as they become available.
Just as a reminder, we are only doing annual visits for our once-a-month Saturday appointments. The office will also be open on this one Saturday for retail or medication/food pre-order pick-ups from 8:00am-12:00pm (noon).

Happy New Year from all of us at Kapaʻa Animal Clinic! We wish you and your pets health and happiness in the year ahead. As we move forward, we will continue with the changes implemented in 2025 to help us provide the best care possible.
Clinic Hours
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Appointment times:
– 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
– 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM (last appointment)
Lunch Closure
Appointments are closed from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM. During this time, the clinic remains open for supply pick-up, and you may still message us at 808-822-9791. Please note that phones will be off during lunch hours.
Same-Day Appointments (Urgent Needs)
We will continue offering same-day appointments, which have replaced walk-in appointments. A limited number of these appointments are available each day and are reserved for urgent medical needs only. Please callor text first thing in the morning to secure a spot.
Saturday Appointments
The clinic will remain closed on Saturdays, except for one Saturday per month designated for routine annual appointments. These dates will be posted on our website.

We would like you to know that we are doing our best to accommodate all of our current patients and new patients as well. We are seeing the maximum number of patients each day while maintaining the same quality of care. Getting an appointment or even waiting to check in for your appointment may have been a little longer, but we are doing our best to get your pet seen in a timely manner. Our staff are working tirelessly to help you and your pet. We really appreciate your understanding and patience during these times. Thank you for your continuous support!
