What's happening in 2025:
As we reflect on this past year and due to the unlikely event of losing Dr. Patrick Ahana, we are making changes to our hours of operation. We decided that we need to spend the time we have with our families while we can.
Therefore, starting January 2, 2025, we will be CLOSED on the WEEKENDS. Our new hours will be Mondays-Fridays from 8:00am - 6:00pm (CLOSED on Major Holidays) and taking our last appointment at 5:00pm. We do realize that sometimes a weekend appointment is necessary, so, we will be open half day on one Saturday of every month for routine appointments only.  We will still be available for emergency visits for our current patients.
We appreciate your trust and loyalty in our clinic (veterinarians & staff) and hope you understand.

CHANGES FOR 2025:
  • Doctor Appointments will start at 8:30am and last appointment will be at 5:00pm
  • Technician only appointments will work around the doctor's appointment times
  • During Lunch from 12:00-1:30pm, we will only answer to text messages as the staff take lunch.  The front of the office will still be open to retail and to pick up medications.
  • We will no longer have walk-ins but will have a limited amount of same day appointments daily.

After-hour Emergency Services:
Due to staffing shortage, we will continue to provide after-hour emergency care for our CURRENT clients only.  We are NOT an emergency clinic.

Like all other businesses, we too have been impacted by the shortage of workers.  We would like you to know that we are doing our best to accommodate all of our current patients and new patients as well.  We are seeing the maximum number of patients each day while maintaining the same quality of care.  Getting an appointment or even waiting to check in for your appointment may have been a little longer, but we are doing our best to get your pet seen in a timely manner.  Our staff are working tirelessly to help you and your pet.  We really appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.  Thank you for your continuous support!

Rescheduling/Cancelling an appointment
1. Call or text 808.822.9791 if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • There may be a fee for any late cancellations or no show.  As a courtesy, we do ask for at least 24-hour notice of any cancellations.  However, we do know that things come up at the last minute...so, if you're unable to call first thing in the morning of your appointment, please send a text and we will read it when we get into the office.

2. Come in and check in with a front desk receptionist
  • There's a limited number of seats in our waiting area if you'd like to wait inside.  
3. Face mask OPTIONAL 
4. If your pet has an appointment with a specialist that is using our facility, please be courteous to their personal procedures.
